We provide options according to client demand. Availability by origin and final specifications are confirmed by the trader at quotation.
How are quality specifications defined?
Usual parameters include moisture, impurities, protein and damage. Exact values are confirmed in the trader’s technical sheet and contract.
Which origins and ports are available?
We work with traders in Latin America. Origin, loading port and windows are defined by the trader according to availability.
Which Incoterms and payment modalities are accepted?
FOB/CIF/CFR, among others. Common instruments: LC, DLC, SBLC, TT. The trader sets and validates conditions during KYC/contract.
Do you offer inspection and traceability?
Yes. Inspections (e.g., SGS) and traceability documents are provided by the trader per client requirements.

Which milk powder types do you offer?
SMP (Skim): low/medium/high‑heat; WMP (Whole): typical fat 26% or 28%. Industrial product; infant formulas require specific grade.
What are the standard technical specifications?
SMP: protein ≥ 34%, fat ≤ 1.25%, moisture ≤ 5%, ash ≤ 8.5%, lactose 50–52%; WMP: fat 26–28%, protein ≥ 24%, moisture ≤ 5%, lactose 36–38%; thermal quality by WPNI; microbiology and Codex compliance.
Which packaging and shelf life options are available?
25 kg bags and big bags. Palletized or bulk. Shelf life: 18–24 months (ideal). Check label/COA.
What are the ideal storage conditions?
Temperature < 25 °C, RH < 65%, dry/ventilated place; keep sealed, away from odors and direct sun; FIFO; avoid thermal variations.
